Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide 40-day exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
Purchases had to be within 14 days from date of received / delivered. All items must be in their original packaging.
All items must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
Wrong item received, Product defect (Please provide photo(s) or short video clip. We will conduct internal investigation).
Proof of purchase, Receipt of items would need to be purchased originally from Singapore.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
For returns, please email us at customer.care@gblmall.com with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above. Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock.
How to return?
However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, you can send the item(s) back to us. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we will send the replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of GBL mall.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
